[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to enroll the petitioner as an Advocate in the second respondent - Bar Council, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the Bar Council made a submission that the petitioner has withdrawn the original certificates presented by him for enrollment. There is no impediment for admitting the candidates, who have studied SSLC or HSC course privately by appearing for the examinations conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu or otherwise recognized by the Board of Education. It is further submitted that on production of the original certificates, the case of the petitioner will be considered for enrollment.
3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to present all the original certificates before the authority concerned and complete the formalities enabling the Bar Council to consider his application for enrollment.
