ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent to prosecute the writ appeal further.

2. In the affidavit, it had been stated that pending writ appeal, the first respondent died on 15.12.2023 leaving behind his legal representatives as stated in the petition. Notice had been directed and served and the names are printed in the cause list.

3. Taking all factors into consideration, it will be appropriate that they are impleaded as parties to enable them to participate in the proceedings. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Registry to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title to the writ appeal indicating the death of the first respondent and bring on record his legal representatives substituting in his place enabling them to participate in the writ appeal.
