O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed by a Village Administrative Officer seeking a mandamus to issue posting orders to him on the ground that the suspension order has already been revoked on 28.08.2023.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, though the suspension order has been revoked, after completion of enquiry on 28.08.2023, he is yet to receive the posting orders.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the posting order dated 23.11.2023, wherein, the writ petitioner has been posted to Aruppukottai Division.

4. Accordingly, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Aruppukottai is directed to issue posting orders within a period of three days to the writ petitioner. The authorities are directed to disburse the salary for the period from 29.08.2023 till 23.11.2023.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
