ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb by considering his representation, dated 03.11.2023, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent and considering the pendency of civil suit between the parties, they were directed to work out their remedies in the pending suit itself. Hence, the said complaint was closed.

3.In view of the above said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly this petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
