ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to quash the records in Crime No.15/2022, dated 20/8/2022 consequently the alteration report filed by the respondent, dated 13/12/2022, on the file of the respondent, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case the respondent has conducted investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate II, Virudhunagar through e-filing on 31.10.2023.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only the petitioner has given a complaint and after investigation, a case has been registered against him also.

4.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 2/4

However, the trial Court is directed to process the final report within the stipulated time as per rules.
