O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct further investigation based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2023 in connection with Crime No. 37 of 2023.
2. Pending investigation in Crime No.37 of 2023, another representation/complaint was given by the petitioner, dated 13.10.2023, making some sort of allegations against one Salima Banu. The petitioner wants to record his further statement.
3. The petitioner has to appear before the second respondent immediately. The second respondent may record further statement of the petitioner over further allegations and proceed in accordance with law.
4. Let the above said investigation be completed within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
