ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused No.8, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.11.2023 and was facing trial for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C), 29 (1) and 25 of the NDPS Act in C.C.No.50 of 2024 on the file of the learned Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Thanjavur, seeks bail.
2. When this Court has expressed its mind that this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for permission to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition.
