ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to renew and reissue the petitioner's passport bearing No.M7382127 for the regular period of 10 years based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2025.

2. Though this Court has referred the issue to the Hon'ble Full Bench, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that they are ready to consider the petitioner's case.

3. Recording the same, this Writ petition is disposed of. The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass order, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
