ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the drinking water pipe outlet and the underground drinking water pipeline laid in the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.122/2, Paraipathi, Koodakkovil Post, Thiruparankundram, Madurai, by considering their representation dated 29.11.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 4 submitted that the said pipeline has already been removed.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
