O R D E R

By relying on a judgement and decree in O.S.No.302 of 2018 declaring the petitioner's title to lands in survey Nos.880, 879/1 and 879/3 and several pattas issued in respect thereof, either separately or jointly to the petitioner, the petitioner had applied for a survey of the above mentioned lands. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that a communication was sent in this regard by the Revenue Divisional Officer to the Tahsildar on 05.05.2025. After issuing notice to the joint pattadar, wherever appropriate, he submits that an order would be issued on merits.

3. In these facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's application for a survey after issuing notice to the joint pattadar, wherever appropriate, and to owners of relevant adjacent lands. Objections, if any, from the said persons shall be taken into consideration 2/4
