This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking quash of the proceedings in Crime No.25 of 2013 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
