PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime no.335/2023 on the file of the respondent police. 1/3

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.10.2023 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC in Crime No.335 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is residing in Cutralam. On 03.06.2023, he left to Chennai and handed over the key of the house to the petitioner herein, with a request to hand over the same to his sister. When he returned back on 06.06.2023, he found that the wardrobe kept in his house was broken open and gold jewels, worth about Rs.2,25,000/- were stolen. Hence the case.

3. This is the second application for bail and the earlier application for bail was dismissed by this Court on 16.11.2023.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case,this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 2/3

5. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
