ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.10.2023 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 457,380 and 511 of IPC in Crime No.230 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant owns a house in Curtralam and he is using the same as his office. When he returned back to his office on 17.07.2023, at about 08.00 am., he found that his house was illegally opened and the wardrobe and locker of his office were broken by some unidentified persons. Hence the case.
3. This is the second application for bail and the earlier application for bail was dismissed by this Court on 16.11.2023.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case,this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 2/3
5. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
