Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.A.S.VAIGUNTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and execute the 1/3

surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16872 of 2022, dated 22.07.2022 and Crl.M.P.(MD).No.197 of 2024, dated 19.01.2024.

2.It is seen that the Anticipatory bail order was passed on 07.11.2022. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. It is left open to the petitioner to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition and work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
