PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime no.352/2022 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.10.2023 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 454,457,380 of IPC in Crime No.352 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is doing real estate business. When he was away from home, the upstairs portion of his house was broke 1/3

open and he found that a sum of Rs.2,25,000/- and gold jewels worth about Rs.2,77,000/- were stolen. Hence the case.

3. This is the second application for bail and the earlier application for bail was dismissed by this Court on 16.11.2023.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case,this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
