This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry. 1/4

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy in H.S.No.04 of 2024. He would further submitted that several cases are pending including murder case and the murder case is pending trial in S.C. No.238 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Court, Nagercoil and the respondent police has gone there only in search of him and nothing more than that.

3. Since the petitioner is an accused it cannot be termed as harassment.

4. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
