ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed against the case registered in Crime No.49 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners had fabricated the documents in respect of the defacto complainant's property. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police on instructions submitted that in the case in Crime No.49 of 2024, a final report has been filed before the jurisdictional Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police.

5. As per the FIR allegation, there is a specific allegation againt the petitioner that he had fabricated documents, and the same requires detailed investigation. Therefore, this Court finds no merit in the grounds Page No.2/4

raised by the petitioners to quash the FIR and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed by granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
