This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's proposal dated 09.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders to make entry in the service register and counter sign/endorse the ''dismissal from service'' of the delinquent Mrs.Nirmal Shobana, P.G. Assistant (Zoology) in Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Committee Higher Secondary School, T.N.Pudhukudi, Puliyankudi, Tenkasi District.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner had sent a proposal on 09.09.2025, seeking for approval of dismissal of its employee, the respondents herein are directed to consider the proposal of the petitioner dated 09.09.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above said directions, this writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
