This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the charge sheet in C.C.No.87 of 2013, dated 28.10.2013 pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, in crime No.98 of 2013 dated 01.02.2011 on the file of the respondent no.1 for the alleged offences U/s. 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C and quash the same as illegal.

2. The petitioners herein are the Accused Nos. 1 and 2 in C.C.No.87 of 2013, dated 28.10.2013 pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai. They filed this application to call for the records pertaining to the said C.C. and to quash the same as illegal.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State represented that on 05.04.2014 itself, the said case was disposed by the concerned Magistrate and all the petitioners herein are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

acquitted. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
