ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to shift the EB Service Connection No.06-287-001-961 from S.F.No.465/5 to S.F.No.460/1A3 and to remove the electric pole and line laid in the petitioner's patta land in S.F.No.465/5, and to relocate the same to S.F.No. 460/1A3, situated at Kenippallam Village, Soorappatti Panchayat, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2025.
2. Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned standing counsel, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, the second respondent had erected an electric pole on his agricultural land. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.01.2025 to the respondents requesting them to shift the same. Since no action was taken on the representation, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4. The learned standing counsel, who takes notice for respondents, would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law by the fourth respondent.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner.
