ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble C.v.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed by a mother complaining that her daughter aged about 32 years has been missing on and from October 2024. In this connection, she
had lodged a complaint and FIR in Crime No.16 of 2025 had been registered on 01.02.2025 by the Tiruppathur Police Station. 2.Today, the daughter of the petitioner had been produced before us. 3.She clarified that she has nothing to do with the third respondent. She further stated that she had completed B.Tech Engineering Course and to avoid continuous harassment from her family, she had taken a decision to find employment at Coimbatore and is staying at Coimbatore. She is able to take care of herself. She wants to go back to Coimbatore and continue to work there.
4. We have informed these facts to the learned counsel for the petitioner also.
5. In view of the fact that since the daughter of the petitioner is not under the illegal custody of anybody, this petition stands closed.
6. We fervently hope that the relationship between the petitioner and her daughter will turn better and healthier in the near future. 7.Since the detenue expresses some apprehension about her travel to Coimbatore, she might be harassed, we would place a request to the learned
