ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.141/2015 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent for fair investigation and file a report before the Competent Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already based on the order passed by this Court, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Valliyur, conducted further investigation and examined the witnesses and thereafter, he filed a negative report before the concerned Court as 'Further Action Dropped'.

3. Considering the submission made by the the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum if he is aggrieved over the closure of the complaint.

4. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
