ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the R1 and R2 to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, based on the representation, dated 16/11/2023.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that O.S.No.122 of 2021, on the file of District Munsif Court, Bodinayakanur was filed by the private respondents and the same was dismissed for default on 04.09.2023. After that representation was made by the petitioner seeking police protection. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent and both parties are directed to appear on 28.11.2023 for enquiry. 4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above directions, this petition stands disposed of. The petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 are at liberty to challenge the same, in the manner known to law, if they are aggrieved with. 27.11.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet: Yes/ No PNM To
