This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for records in Crime NO.12 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate 1, Thirunelveli for an offence punishable under Sections 465, 468, 419, 471 and 420 I.P.C. and quash the FIR as the petitioner/8th accused is concerned.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, submitted that the case has been taken on file originally before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli in C.C.No.541 of 2010 and thereafter it was transferred to Anti Land Grabbing Court in C.C.No.47 of 2010.
