ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 193(3), 269(b), 126(2), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023, in Crime No. 127 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the offences against the petitioners is bailable.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission since it is bailable offence, the petitioners are directed to obtain station bail.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 22-09-2025 KSA 2/4
