This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent No.1 to 3 for directing the respondent No.4 to take appropriate action against the respondent No.5 and 6 on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 19.09.2023 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that eventhough the petitioner is a resident of Delhi, in the petition, he has mentioned the local address at Trichy. Summon was issue to the parties on the complaint of the petitioner on 26.11.2023 through post. Enquiry is not yet completed.

Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, let the complaint of the petitioner be disposed of within a period of fifteen (15) days and the parties are directed to co-operate with the enquiry. If there is no co-operation on the side of the petitioner, the complaint may be closed.
