O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing to initiate appropriate actions and provide adequate police protection to the family of the petitioners life and limb in pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner dated 10.11.2023. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.05.2023, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared and gave an undertaking that he is not pressing the complaint. On that basis the petitioner's complaint was closed. After closure of the earlier complaint, another representation was made by the petitioner seeking police protection.

3. In view of the above submission, absolutely, this Court finds no reason to entertain this petition. There is no issue with regard to life threat to the petitioner at the hands of the respondents. The petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2023, shall be disposed after enquiry, summoning the petitioner and the counter parties. 2/4
