ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that his application seeking permission to conduct cock fight on 15.01.2025 has been rejected by the respondent police, hence he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the rejection order. No costs.
