ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the petitioner complaint in CSR No.493/2023 on the file of third respondent to any other Police Station within the jurisdiction of first respondent and expedite the enquiry under the direct supervision of first respondent.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.994 of 2023 under Section 379 IPC was registered by the third respondent and no recovery has been made so far. 3.In view of the above said submission, the matter has become infructuous.
