O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and thereby direct the respondents not to prevent the petitioner unnecessarily from running his petty shop.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner under the guise of running a petty shop, he is selling the liquor illegally. Only on finding the illegal activity of this petitioner, the second respondent advised him to correct himself. But without correcting himself, this petition has been filed.
3. Photograph produced by the second respondent before this Court shows that some sort of liquor bottles are being used in the petitioner's shop. So, the petitioner is not entitled for any relief from this Court.
4. With the above said, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
