This Criminal Original Petition filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.563/2010 dated 15.11.2010 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Koodal Pudur Police Station, Madurai District and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pending this matter, final report was filed in e-filing No.MC-LTN-C-202300018 dated 26.11.2023.

3. In view of the above submission, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, he is at liberty to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings.
