This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking quash of the proceedings in Crime No.313 of 2012, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

Side) for the respondents 1 & 2. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation final report has been filed on 27.03.2013 and the same is not yet taken on file.
