3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation charge sheet has already been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.17 of 2014 and subsequently the same was also quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5716 of 2014.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
