The above revision petition was dismissed as abated on 07.02.2023 on the ground that steps have not been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner.

2.C.M.P(MD)No.16451 of 2023 has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 258 days in filing an application to restore the revision petition. 3.When the revision petition was dismissed as abated, the question of filing an application to restore the revision petition is unnecessary. The petitioner is at liberty to file an application to condone the delay, set aside the abatement and bring on record the legal heirs. 4.With the above said observations, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
