2. The petitioner challenges the impugned notice dated 15.09.2025 issued by the third respondent. The subject matter pertains to survey No.229. Admittedly, the petitioner has no right or title or claim over the said survey number. Therefore, if the petitioner has committed any encroachment in survey No.229, it is definitely open to the third respondent to remove the same. We go to the extent of remarking that it is the duty of the third respondent to remove such encroachment. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
