ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's land was acquired long time back. The petitioner had sought enhancement of the compensation. It is stated that the process of quantification is presently going on. The petitioner's eligibility and entitlement is not in dispute. It is only the quantum that has to be finalised.

3. The first respondent is directed to finalise the quantum of compensation payable to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and disburse the same also.
