JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This writ appeal is filed against the order dated 07.03.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.6193 of 2025.

The 1st respondent / writ petitioner filed writ petition seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to get her Service Register and Education Certificates from the 4th respondent's custody and in turn issue the True copy of S.R. Register to the 1st respondent, by considering her representation dated 30.01.2024.

The Writ Court by impugned order, directed the 2nd respondent to take steps, considering the 1st respondent's representation and pass appropriate orders within 12 weeks.

Today, when the writ appeal was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader would state that the service register and educational certificates of the 1st respondent have been handed over to the 1st respondent yesterday (19.03.2025). 5.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Appeal is closed with a direction to the appellant to verify such return of service register and educational certificates to the 1st respondent. If the same are not handed over to the 1st respondent, the appellant is at liberty to revive the writ appeal. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
