Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The sentence imposed on the petitioner was suspended vide order dated 23.09.2024. The petitioner was directed to report before the respondent daily at 5.30 pm till the conclusion of the trial in S.C.No.118 of 2021.

3. The petitioner through his counsel gives an undertaking that he will extend his fullest co-operation and appear as witness on the date when he is summoned to appear. We make it clear that the breach of this undertaking will result in initiation of contempt proceedings. The condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on the 1st working day of every month.
