For Petitioner in both CRPs : Mr.A.V. Arun COMMON ORDER Today, when the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners would submit that 1/3

the suits itself dismissed for default and, hence, these Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous. He would further submit that the petitioners have filed petitions to restore the said suits before the District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai.

2. Recording the said submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. The petitioners are given liberty to work out their remedy in the restoration petition. Depending upon the out come of the restoration petition, the petitioners may revive these Civil Revision Petitions. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
