ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 11.11.2024 in respect of Survey No.395/22, Kundalakuthur Village, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, to be disposed of expeditiously.

2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3.Admittedly, the appeal preferred by the petitioner, aggrieved by the order of the Tahsildar, Sattur Taluk, is pending on the file of the respondent.

4.The writ petition is therefore disposed of with the direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 11.11.2024 on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the interested parties and 2/4

pass final order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
