Shanmugham Chettiar and two relatives in the name of Sithanathaswamy, vide Document No. 1107 dated 24.06.1926, registered in the office of the Sub Registrar, Musiri, in one survey number since the above purchased land has been included in S. Nos. 344/10-B (Part), 344/13-A (Full), 346/1 (Part), 346/12 (Part) and 346/13 (Full), Musiri (West) Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichirappalli District and to issue Patta in respect of the newly created Survey Number relating to the above purchased land, in the name of "Sri Sithanathaswamy Vaniar Mandapa Managing Committee" based on the Judgment of the District Munsif, Musiri in O.S.No. 1/4

202 of 1994, dated 10.03.2003 (No appeal filed), within a time stipulated that may be fixed by this Court.

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta for the petition mentioned land. The petitioner is relying on the certain vintage document as well as the court decrees.

3. The third respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's application and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to issue notice to any other interested parties.
