This petition has been filed to call for the records from the file of the third respondent police in respect of Crime No. 410/2023 and transfer the same to any other investigating agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing,both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and further action was dropped and RCS notice was also served to the petitioner and the petitioner also challenged the same.
