Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner has given an application for granting license for running cracker shop in the petition mentioned survey number. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that till date, no rejection order has been passed. The question of permitting the petitioner to continue till rejection order is passed may not really arise. 3.The second respondent is directed to enquiry into the petitioner's application and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law 2/4

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
