ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry and dispose the petitioner's representation, dated 02.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, advising the parties to approach the civil Court as the allegation discloses only a civil dispute.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of his complaint, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
