This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, seeking to quash the F.I.R. pending against the petitioners in Crime No.238 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent police.

What are the offences, if any, made out and whom are to be arrayed as accused are matters for investigation. 4.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
