By relying on a gift deed dated 14.06.2012 in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted an online application dated 13.08.2024 for a separate patta. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request would be considered and disposed of on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to all the joint pattadars.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application for a separate patta after putting all the joint pattadars under patta Nos.4947 and 1571 on 2/4
