This Petition is filed to set aside Dismissal order, dated 21.06.2017 and restore this appeal in C.M.A.No.369/2010 as against the 1st respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.On perusal of the records, it is seen that R1 and R2/claimants died even prior 2024, but no steps have been taken by the Insurance Company to bring their legal heirs on record. Already, limitation period is over. 2/4
