Today, these cases are listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that this Court passed a common order in W.P.(MD).No.29324 of 2024 & WP(MD).No. 1971 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025, in W.P.(MD).No.1971 of 2025, the name of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned as ''Geethanjali'' instead of ''S.Pangajam'' and also in the said common order dated 04.11.2025 in Para.2 in the sixth line, the date of death of the petitioner's husband was wrongly mentioned as 28.03.2022 instead of 28.06.2022. Hence, he prays this Court to rectify the said error and issue fresh order copy to the parties.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to insert the name ''S.Pangajam'' as petitioner in the cause title in WP.(MD).No.1971 of 2025 and delete the date ''28.03.2022'' in the sixth line of Para.2 and replace the same by adding the date ''28.06.2022'', in the common order made in W.P.(MD).No.29324 of 2024 & WP(MD).No.1971 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025.

4. Registry is directed to rectify the above errors in the common order made in W.P.(MD).No.29324 of 2024 & WP(MD).No.1971 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025 and issue fresh order copy.
