Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's application pertaining to change of premises dated 20.11.2024 to change petitioner "Sastha Medicals and Generals" from 1, North Facing Opposite: Periyar Bus stand Complex, Ground Floor Shop No.02, Hayathkahan Sahib Lane, Melmadurai - 625 001 Madurai West Taluk, Madurai District (110 sq.ft Ground Floor) to the new shop premises namely 1A, North Facing Opposite Periyar Bus stand complex, Ground Floor and First Floor, Hayathkhan Street, Melmadurai, Madurai - 625 001, West Taluk, Madurai District (Ground Floor 84 sq.ft + First Floor 84 sq.ft = Total 168 sq.ft) within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
