ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the appeal suit in A.S.No.49 of 2019, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, the issuance of notice to the respondents is not necessary.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the appeal was filed in the year 2019 and the same was taken on file in A.S.No.49 of 2019, the same is being adjourned again and again.

4. It is seen from the 'B' diary that the case is adjourned for arguments.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking note of the fact that the appeal is pending for the past 4 years, the learned Subordinate Judge is hereby directed to proceed with the hearing of the appeal and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
